Introduce obstacle distance overlay

It receives mavlink message obstacle_distance and shows distances in a circular array fashion.
Added a setting in Safety/Object Detection section to show the overlay.
Can be used independently to collision prevention features.
There are two overlays: Video and Map overlay
In different styles.
The styles could be changed in particular qml file.

deploy: windows: Moving files into common distribution directory ( #9179 )

The general goal is to tidy up the project folder and give better focus on other contents of the project.
As a first iteration, I would like to tidy up files, which are Windows related. Technically seen I'm pretty sure that we won't notice any differences, since some libraries and images have been moved and some config files cleaned up.

issue an error message and cancel CMake generation
- exclude the target_link_libraries call if Microhard or Taisync
is not enabled
- if Microhard or Taisync is enabled add compile definitions to
enable #defines in the source code, else there are build errors
