If TileDB is bigger than 2GB,
--- sq = QString("SELECT COUNT(size), SUM(size) FROM Tiles WHERE tileID IN (SELECT A.tileID FROM SetTiles A join SetTiles B on A.tileID = B.tileID WHERE B.setID ---
This query holds QGCTileCache Worker.
I solved problems with adding an index like that.

* LinkManager::createConnectedLink: use make_shared to avoid separate allocation
Also avoids some memory leaks when returning early.
* fix LinkManager: set setAutoConnect()
* fix MAVLinkProtocol: use a weak_ptr to check if the link stays valid
It is not enough to check if the link is valid only on entering the method.
If message handling called VehicleLinkManager::closeVehicle(), the link
was removed, and possibly deleted. If more mavlink messages were in the
same buffer, the link was accessed again, triggering a segfault.
This happened for example when rebooting the vehicle from parameter editor.

* FTPManager: fix uninitialized Request
- Parts of the header were uninit
- zero init the payload allows for mavlink trimming
* Fix ~TerrainTile: use delete[] for arrays
* FactGroup: fix expensive & unnecessary object creation and map lookups
Every mavlink message reception was leading to creation of a list and
key lookup for each of the keys. This can easily be avoided and results
in noticeable reduction of CPU load (I'm seeing overall around 4% with
a pixhawk on USB).
The same pattern exists elsewhere as well
* mavlink console: use TextArea and other improvements
This is a bit slower, so we do some mitigations:
- limit update rate to 30hz
- limit history (see next commit)
changes:
- user can select & copy output
- auto-scrolling: update is paused when scrolling up, any key input will
scroll to the bottom
- feel is more like a shell w/o extra text field.
(on mobile there's still a separate text field as input is handled
differently)
- handle multi-line commands from clipboard
- coloring of ERROR's and WARNing's
- set text focus to shell input
* MavlinkConsoleController: limit history to 500 lines
As CPU load for text change increases with more history due to the use of
TextArea.
* MavlinkConsoleController: add cursor x position support
Fixes handling of the 'erase current line from cursor' (K) command.
The bug was apparent for example when 'nsh> <ESC>[K' was split into several
packets. The first part was cleared when receiving the 2. packet.
* MavlinkConsoleController: newline handling fixes
- do not add a newline when entering a command
- ensure line exists when moving the cursor down

* VideoReceiver: Move from old decodebin to decodebin3
decodebin3 is a newer and smarter version of the old decodebin.
It can handle different stream types and a better connection
between gstreamer elements, fixing some weird video problems.
